Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a MergeCase account or using mergecase.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

MergeCase provides scheduling, booking, payment-tracking, and reporting tools for small wellness businesses. The Free plan is available indefinitely subject to the limits stated on our Pricing page. Pro plans are billed monthly or every three months via Stripe.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at mergecase.service@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Billing & cancellation

Pro plans include a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is collected when you start the trial, but no charge is made until day 15. You can cancel any time in Settings → Account and will not be charged. After the trial, plans renew automatically. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MergeCase to (a) violate any law, (b) infringe another party's rights, (c) transmit malicious code, or (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. We will never sell it, share it with third parties for advertising, or use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, release updates, or temporarily suspend the service. We'll communicate major changes in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MergeCase is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
