Common questions

Is Free really free forever?
The account is free forever — no time limit, no credit card, and we never expire it. What is limited is volume: Free covers 55 appointments in total, not 55 a month, so it doesn't top up. Once you've used them, upgrade to Pro for unlimited bookings.
When should I upgrade to Pro?
When you need a booking link, vouchers, insurance payments, or you have used up your 55 free appointments.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You move to Free automatically and nothing is charged — we never ask for a card to start the trial. Pro features lock, but all your data stays exactly where it is, and the bookings you made during the trial do not use up your free allowance — those 55 start counting from the day the trial ends. When you do buy, billing starts the day you confirm, not the day the trial ended.
What's the yearly plan?
Pay $149 AUD once a year instead of $14.99 a month — that averages $12.42/month, about two months free.
Can I switch between Free and Pro?
Yes, anytime. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you already paid for — the end of that month on monthly, the end of that year on yearly — then you move to Free. Your data is kept either way; Pro features simply lock until you re-subscribe.
