Month-end reports: which therapist and which hours actually earn
Features4 min read
Most owners look at one number at month end: how much came in. That number tells you whether the month was good. It does not tell you why.
Three cuts that beat a single revenue total
- By therapist: who takes the most bookings, and who has the highest average sale. These are often not the same person, and both your roster and your commission structure depend on knowing which is which.
- By hour: where the real peaks are. Plenty of shops set their opening hours on instinct, then look at the distribution and find a stretch at each end of the day with almost no clients in it.
- By service: what sells, and what nobody orders. A service nobody books still sits on the menu adding to the decision your client has to make.
Shift settlement and reconciliation
At handover you can settle the shift: takings broken down by payment method, with the cash figure ready to check against what is actually in the drawer. A discrepancy found at handover is far easier to trace than one found at month end.
Export
Daily and weekly reports export straight out, so your accountant gets the file without you retyping anything into a spreadsheet.
These numbers do not leave your shop
